Humpback whale season is Dec – April Ha! We knew you were thinking of those majestic humpies. The kohola return to Hawaii for mating rituals and raising newborn calves, here the same place they themselves were born. Spectacular behaviors!

Dolphin Encounters and Swimming With Wild Dolphins – Every tour is diverse, depending on the dolphins’ (nai’a) behaviors and sharing our expertise in maximizing your adventure. Typically Hawaii’s dolphins are social, curious, and interactive, we will often photograph and gather information at this time. If conditions are ripe, we can enter their underwater world and softly observe. We’ll brief you on dolphin “wet-iquette” and blue water safety ensuring that both you and the dolphins have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Clear water – 60 to 100 ft. visibility onboard viewing comparable to a glass bottom boat, warm-ish (76 to 82 F) water, at snorkeling depths from 10 to 80 feet (you can see the bottom!), make the adventure enjoyable for all snorkeling levels – as well for those staying onboard. Your in-water guides point out reef fish and activities – with their keen eyes, you’ll treasure what most miss! Blue water adventurer? You got it!

We’ve found doing right by the wildlife (no pressure) gives you the best experience as well. Given that most of the whales and dolphins on our coastline are residents, they have come to trust our presence, as we also trust their right to space and free will.
